Are you a development shop or a marketing agency?
Both muscles, one team — that’s the point. Most breakage lives in the gap between “the marketing people” and “the technical people”: pixels nobody installed, forms nobody tested, landing pages nobody could deploy. We work on both sides of that gap.
Do you guarantee my site can’t be hacked?
No — and you should walk away from anyone who does. What we do is practical risk reduction: hardening, sensible access, updates, WAF/bot protection where appropriate, and tested backups so a bad day is recoverable. Security is a posture, not a promise.
Can you take over a site another developer built?
Yes — inherited codebases are normal work. We’ll audit what exists, tell you honestly what state it’s in, and fix forward rather than insisting on a rewrite to make ourselves comfortable.
What does technical work cost?
Scoped flat, like everything at CactusLaunch. Small fixes are quoted small; infrastructure projects get a proper plan with a fixed number before work begins. No open-ended hourly engagements.

Describe it via the start form and mark the timeline as “as soon as possible” — genuinely broken things (forms down, site defaced, DNS outages) get read with appropriate urgency. We won’t promise response times we can’t keep, but urgent and specific gets attention.
